My Mobile Accountant, COVID 19 – Policies and Procedures


While we respect everyone’s personal decision on Vaccination choices as of 3 December 2021 under the new Covid-19 Traffic Light System we do have to put in a few more protocols in place, please do not be offended if we ask for your Vaccine status. We just want to keep everyone safe, and that includes ourselves.

  • We are open via appointment only.

  • Only one Client in and out at a time.

  • We are unable to offer food or drink during this time.


Are you vaccinated? If Yes

a) Can we please view your vaccination pass?

If No

b) Please can you wear a mask, and we will also mask up.

c) Cleaning protocols will then be completed once you have left.

We are always available via

  • Phone.

  • Text.

  • Zoom.

  • And any other Contactless Communication.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

There may be certain situations in which we have to do a further risk assessment to protect you and ourselves. This is not personal, just a precaution to show that we have done our due diligence.
